Cooking instructions:
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking, preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook from chilled 190°C to fan 170°C to gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking, check if the food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is only a guide.
