STORAGE:
Keep refrigerated, once opened, use within 24 hours; and do not exceed the use-by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always consume within the use-by date. Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Once defrosted, use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the chicken on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: check if the food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
