Cooking instructions:
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking, preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook from chilled 190°C to fan 170°C to gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
